Alexander McQueen Flagship Store

Alexander McQueen opened its first Miami Flagship store last week. It’s inspired by flora and fauna along with Francis Bacon's paintings of popes. It is all about exaggeration by covering the walls in silk and linen. Sarah Burton says "It's important to us that everything in the store feels very precious."





I think this store concept is very imaginative and definitely plays with the vision of surrealism. Everything has a detail to it but it also has a clean cut approach. Let’s hope they roll this design concept to the UK!
